Refund policy

When considering returns, please contact A.Boutique@bondco.jp first.

If the product you ordered is not as described in the product, if there is a defect, or if it is different from the image, you can return the product.

If it is different from the customer's image, the delivery fee for return will be borne by the customer.

In the case of defective products, the product price, shipping and return shipping fee will be refunded in full.

Please contact us by e -mail after describing the following contents within 7 days after the product arrives. Mail: a.boutique@bondco.jp

・ Order number, name and phone number when ordering

・ Reasons for choosing returns and exchanges, desired reasons

・ Product name, amount, quantity

* Please ship within 10 days after confirming the reception email.

Return deadline: Refunds will be possible if you contact us within 7 days after purchase.

* Please note that we cannot accept returns and exchanges for sale products.

Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the case of the following state.

  • A clearly worn product.
  • A product that causes dirt and scratches due to the customer's cause.
  • A product that has lost tags and accessories.
  • Washed product.
  • When the state at the time of return is very different from the state at the time of delivery. (Including boxes and accessories)
  • If it has been more than a week since the day you received the product
  • If you have not contacted you for returned goods and exchanges

When considering returns, please contact A.Boutique@bondco.jp first. Items returned without requesting returns are not accepted.

Refund: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. When approved, refunds are automatically refunded by the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for banks and credit card companies to process refunds and post them.

・ We cannot accept exchanges with products with different part numbers.

・ The one used at least once cannot be replaced. It is possible if you try on at home.

・ When returning the product, please include the exterior (garment case), product tags, accessories, etc. so that there is no defect from the time of delivery.

* The replacement items will be shipped as soon as the target items arrive here.

* Once replaced products cannot be replaced again.

* Replacement size may not be in stock. Please note that in that case. We will propose another method for waiting for the product production period.
