1.Price, shipping, and other expenses paid by purchasers
(1) Sale price
The price of the product is the amount displayed on the detailed screen of each product and the screen for each purchase procedure.
(2) Price other than the product price
Shipping: It depends on the delivery destination. It will be displayed during the purchase procedure.
(For delivery in Japan, it will be free shipping on purchases over $ 30,000 (including tax) in total.)
During the free shipping campaign period, the contents of the campaign will be applied for that period and the target area.
This site does not collect imported duties fees. Other than Japan, those who live in may be charged for imported duties.
2.Payment time and method of price (compensation)

3.Product delivery time (number of days from product shipping to delivery of product)

Delivery outside of Japan: Japan Post (EMS International Speed Post) Delivered within 3 to 10 days of business

* The number of days to deliver the product is a guide only. The number of days required is calculated from the date when the delivery is ready.
If there is a delay in the payment procedure or customs clearance procedure, the delivery of the product may be delayed than planned.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays for such reasons.

If you are absent: If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery company will leave a notification of absence, so please complete the delivery procedure. The luggage storage deadline is 7 days from the initial delivery date, and if the storage deadline expires, it will be returned to us.
Redistribution of returned products will be newly returned and shipping charges. However, redelivery may be refused at our discretion.
4.Special contracts for returned goods / cancellation
When considering returns, please contact A.Boutique@bondco.jp first.
If the product you ordered is not as described in the product, if there is a defect, or if it is different from the image, you can return the product.
If it is different from the customer's image, the delivery fee for return will be borne by the customer.
In the case of defective products, the product price, shipping and return shipping fee will be refunded in full.

・ Reasons for choosing returns and exchanges, desired reasons

* Please ship within 10 days after confirming the reception email.
Return deadline: Refunds will be possible if you contact us within 7 days after purchase.
* Please note that we cannot accept returns and exchanges for sale products.
Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the case of the following state.
- A clearly worn product.
- A product that causes dirt and scratches due to the customer's cause.
- A product that has lost tags and accessories.
- Washed product.
- When the state at the time of return is very different from the state at the time of delivery. (Including boxes and accessories)
- If it has been more than a week since the day you received the product
- If you have not contacted you for returned goods and exchanges
When considering returns, please contact A.Boutique@bondco.jp first. Items returned without requesting returns are not accepted.
Refund: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. When approved, refunds are automatically refunded by the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for banks and credit card companies to process refunds and post them.

・ When returning the product, please include the exterior (garment case), product tags, accessories, etc. so that there is no defect from the time of delivery.
* The replacement items will be shipped as soon as the target items arrive here.
* Once replaced products cannot be replaced again.
* Replacement size may not be in stock. Please note that in that case. We will propose another method for waiting for the product production period.
